I get disconnected all the time. The unit will show that it's connected even when it has lost the signal. I find it worse than satellite. May be different in CA, but here in FL it isn't worth the cost for me, 8 months to go on contract and it's history for me unless there is an improvement in service.

Anyone on 4g yet
The problem wouldn't be a problem except for the ridiculous "apps" that people keep using and the over abundance of "tweets" and other blather. What used to be a useful instrument (the cell PHONE) is now a nightmare due to the bandwidth jamming of other cell services. People using their cell phone to watch streaming videos, apps, texting beyond belief and.......oh yes, phone calls. Verizon has gone to the dogs here in Albuquerque when it comes to cell phone service, and they recognize it. I complain and I get one month's service for free. Voicemails come one and two days later after they were left and conversations cut in and out, when I'm practically on top of a cell tower, all due to the crammed band. The reason your over the air TV signal is practically non-existent is that cell service needed more bandwidth, so other services had to give it up (thank you FCC and lobbyists). There is only so much bandwidth and when it's full, it's full. No one seems to be able to comprehend this).
