Armour Title/Settlements - related to Safir/Genuine Title??
Got a call from theses folks for later today. They are in the same city as Safir, have a similar phone number, and are on a similar street.
Nothing on search or SC; any info on whether they are related to Safir?

I don't know if they are related, but I have closed two for them thru one of my very good clients (a signing service). Both experiences were hell. Very disorganized and unresponsive, even to my (their) client. I plan to refuse all future closings from Armour. Not worth the headaches. JMO.

OH MY GOD NOOOOOO
Yes they are in same city as Safir and so am I. I've worked for Armour longer then 1 yr, they pay upon funding. Do not worry about them.

Patriot Title is now Armour Settlement---AWESOME Co.
Do not turn them down. You must be thinking of someone else. This is a very reputable company. I wish I lived in your area, I'd take your refusals and sing all the way to the bank!

I just received this month an assigment from Safir Signing Agent LLC (Shannan) in Owings Mills, MD and I did it by PayPal only because the last Signing took one year to get my payment after a lot of attempts so becareful with this Co or Genuine Tile LLC (Owner: Jay Zukerberk).
Yours,

Safir Signing Agent LLC, or Gunine Title LLC are bad news.
Yes, you got paid by PayPal. You also have contributed to keeping them in business so they can shaft other Signing Agents. Shame on you.
