Can you do me a favor?

When I hear these words, it makes me cringe (shudder) Edocs are ready and the other notary canceled. I've been waiting a 1/2 hour for these docs and no response. No wonder the last notary canceled. No docs! I have other appointments today as do most ... Ugh (rolling eyes) Typical. lol

Just say, that is if you actually want to work for this company,

"No problem. I will schedule the appointment with the borrower when I receive the documents. Meanwhile, I do have other appointments to keep."

I absolutely did ! Apparently they have been sent as of 10 minutes ago. Last time a rep had misspelled the email address and docs didn't come until later. Well, if not received soon, I will inform them and move on to the next appt. I'm sure most people have experienced this. Such is the life. I've learned not to confirm the day of until docs are received.
