Everyone have a good EOM
Looks like it's going to be a last minute day for me, no loans scheduled but 3 GN jobs figure one maybe two tonight if lucky. What a difference 30 days make, with the loss of my one client income for this month is down 45% from prior month.
Now hoping new clients and low rates will make up the gap left.

Am I mistaken as I thought yesterday was the last day to sign for this month since the 31st is on a Saturday? Otherwise I need to prepare for last minute calls as well. I know a few may trickle in regardless.
Also, I think its great that you have a positive outlook after losing a big client. I know how hard it can be. It takes an emotional toll on us when we lose a client whether due to their lowering fees or whatever the issue.

It's not easy, but can't dwell on it and need to find new clients and take work I use to turn down because I was busy. EOM for Friday funding was yesterday and no one at all was open because it was a Federal Holiday. Banks that fund on Saturday today is EOM.
Running into issues today, had two scheduled for later today, both canceled as fast as they came. Seems a lot of deals today are being pulled for one reason or another I am not the only one in my area getting deals pulled today, I think this week is a big vacation week so staff maybe limited and Saturday is NYE.

MJ..I hope you and everyone else get more work from the good companies that you can handle. I have spoken to 2 high volume TC in the last couple of days and they have both told me they are swamped!! I have been busier than usual and I hope everyone else is too! Happy EOM for all!
