You have to have a premier membership here on NotRot in order to be given an incoming fax number.

I've had mine so long that I don't remember, but once you are signed in click on the HOME tab and look on the "My Notary Community" section of the page. My Fax icon is right next to my PM Mailbox icon. Click on the fax icon and see if it gets you anywhere. Otherwise, click the contact link for NotRot at the bottom of the page and ask for assistance.

You click on "notary fax" from the home page then you click on "preferences" & just follow the instructions from there .... Thanks to a very kind notary for sending me the answer

the value? If someone has a Doc in question they
can fax it to a NR member to review...sometimes it the only way to get an answer. IMO

Question....is it passworded so only the recipient sees
the incoming fax? I cringe at the potential breach of confidentiality if it's not.
