I just sent off this email to TranStar
In reviewing their ratings on Signing Central, they were just so exceptional, I felt almost compelled to commend them on their contribution to our profession.
"I just finished a closing for you folks. You paid me within 9 days, an exception even by title companies nowadays. But that's not what I wanted to commend you for.
"Out of curiosity, I went to Signing Central on Notary Rotary to review comments by other signing agents. Of 77 who rated your company, 75 -- that's 97.4 percent -- rated you with 4 or 5 stars. Only one gave you a 2-star rating, and only one gave you a 3-star rating. In fact, going back four years, you have obtained a 5-star rating from 80.5 percent of those who rated you.
"That is truly exceptional, and I want you to know that the signing agent community appreciates that kind of responsible performance. Thank you.
"You don't need to respond to this. I just wanted you to know that the good guys are indeed appreciated."

Hurrah, hurrah, and a big Amen!
I recently had my first (hopefully with MANY more to come) from TranStar. I was very pleasantly surprised and delighted with every facet, and told them so in reporting the status as complete. I'm detail oriented, as are many in this business, and I told my wife that if I was running such a company, I'd be doing it just as TranStar is doing. They're superb!
