Late Docs

Just had a SS tell me that asking for docs 2 hours in advance is ridiculous. Really!?

Not in my neck of the woods it's not

I'm really rural and travel time is a major factor here - nothing is under 30 minutes one way...

I ask the same thing - docs 2 hours in advance - I'll extend the time if I can accommodate it, but I've turned signings back that docs are too late or it interferes with the companies that DO have their s** together.

Travel time would have been 30-45 minutes.

Re: Finally - just got my Laugh for the Day!

Recieved a call today, " can you do a signing today in your town between 1 and 3?"

I said " It's 2:00 now that's impossible, and i'm not home right now"

Caller said he would try to reschedule for later and call me back. No call back.

HAHAHA... good one. Some of these signing services are

really delusional. I require 4 hours myself. The good companies that respect my time and pay well honor that. The ones that want me to work for them for $70 are the ones that call me 30 mins before an appointment that is an hour's drive away.
