Anyone who elects to respond to this should be aware...
...that the person they are turning to for information on joining the profession is someone who is prepared, on the very front end, to operate unethically. That should give you some pause in whether you wish to entangle yourself with him.
This is a person who has gone on a rival notary site to advertise his service, and has done so in violation of the express rules of this site.
I think the proper word for that is "Beware."
