National Loan Closers

Received an email from them yesterday offering signing for Wednesday at noon in a town 18 miles from me - 30-40 minute drive. They offered $70.

As instructed, I went to their website and entered my response: I am available for that date and time. However, my edoc fee is $XXX and payable 30 days from date of signing. Edocs must be received at least 3 hours prior to appointment. Please advise if this is acceptable.

Didn't hear back from them. Out of curiosity, though, I just logged on to website and lo and behold, that signing now shows a fee of $85. Maybe, if everyone who is offered the assignment declines due to low fee, they'll get a clue. $70 a signing is just not adequate, let alone profitable.

No way is it acceptable...even if it is across the street.
