National Loan Closers

They are located in Cincinnati..nothing in SC, was wondering how they are
to work for, and do they pay their Notaries?

They're in SC and they pay peanuts..I think they may have changed their time but I'm not sure. Someone else can chime in on that....but they are horrible and they will accept your fee, than shop around for a cheaper notary. Call you back with the famous 'loan has been canceled' story.

I think National loan closers is the website system used BUT you would actually work for Loan Processing center based out of KY.

They only offer $70 for one refi and $110 for 2 refi. So is that worth it to you?

I posted on here a week or two ago about receiving a low-ball offer. A couple of days later, I got a call from them explaining how they are just a data base and a lot of companies use them to hire a notary and how they, NLC, does not set the fee offered or how the notary is paid.

Yeah, well, maybe they should be screening their clients. JMHO

National loan closers are in Ky and they use a board for their loans. Other than slow pay they want to charge you in order to log in and say if you are available for work in the area. They choose the Notary and you do not know if you have the job or not.

I got 3 jobs from them the beginning of '10 (a little on the low side, but fairly close to home). After I got my 3 jobs from their free trial period I was contacted to pay for my listing because I would be offered more work. Like a fool, I sent them the money and you guessed it NOT ONE SINGLE JOB OFFERED until my paid listing ran out. Now that I am not a paid member I'm getting emails again, but guess what I can't respond unless I pay for a listing again. "Cheat me one, Shame on you, Cheat me twice, Shame on me". I won't be sending them any more money!
