Another payment issue. It's been over one month and now they don't even answer my emails anymore. These signing agents are horrible. I am calling the client so they can report them to their title company.

Not sure who you're referring to when you say
"I'm calling the client"...who is the client? You mean the borrower?
If you're having a payment issue with someone, YOU call the title company and let them know. Do not call the borrowers - they've paid the bill - it's out of their hands.

Agree with Linda, NEVER call the borrower with non payment
issues stemming from who hired you...it is between you and hiring entity lender/TC/ss etc...
NOT the borrowers fault or problem.

Re: Agree with Linda, NEVER call the borrower with non payment
I worked for this "NotariesWillTravel" Signing Agent and it's not the title companies or the borrowers it's her Jessie Calderon. She is mishandling the funds...gets paid by title companies then tries to calculate what she wants or what is hers and then hands the rest out to whoever is to her being pushy about getting paid. She ripped me off hugely and others as well. She is very unorganized and is in it for herself. I will never work for her again.

Re: Agree with Linda, NEVER call the borrower with non payment
After searching our databases for the name Susan we have no records of this person having ever worked for us. These are fictitious statements that rise to the level of libel. These statements don't make any sense either. Jessie Calderon is not a signing agent, she is a business owner. Like all businesses they have revenue (payment from title companies, etc.) and expenses (operational costs such as paying notaries).
As all our confirmations state "when we get paid, you get paid". When our invoices get paid we calculate how much we contracted the notary for and pay them. We always do our best at paying all of our notaries on time and would never rip some one off or steal company money.
I must note though that at the time these comments were made about us one of our clients owed us payment for over 70 invoices and refused to pay for any of them for reasons beyond our control. We had to hire an attorney to handle the issue which took months to resolve.
We are now paying notaries within 2 - 3 weeks of the completion of a closing and have scheduled online bill pay through our bank so all checks get sent out quickly.

Linda,
Sorry for the delay in responding to your complaint. According to our records you have only completed one closing for us which took place on November 17, 2011. Our bank records show we mailed the check to you on December 20, 2011 and that it cleared on December 30, 2011. You were offered to be paid through PayPal but you declined. Had you accepted PayPal you would have received your payment before December 23, 2011.
The confirmation you accepted states the following:
Payment for Services Rendered: The faxed confirmation will serve as your invoice. Once NotariesWillTravel.com receives payment from title, your payment will be mailed. You will receive an email informing you of when the check is mailed. You also have the option of being paid by PayPal; this ensures immediate payment when our office receives payment from title.
The check was submitted to you within the standard Net 30 payment cycle. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Have a great day.
-Clay Calderon
