Premier Signing Service, Reynoldsburg, OH

Called me this morning identifying themselves as Vanguard (phone number checked out for Vanguard). I quote them my fee, which they had "to get approved." She calls me back saying fee is approved and confirmation is on its way. Confirmation says Premier Signing Service. Phone number on second call is for Premier. SC shows a very poor pay record for Premier.

Emailed her back to let her know I was turning signing back and why. Of course, there's been no response.

I've been getting the run around for a job I did in October for them. Regrettably, I accepted and didn't check SC. My bad... They NEVER respond to email and say they will pass the message to the owner. He never calls back. I finally contacted the escrow officer and she e-mailed them. The "owner" eventually emailed saying a new check was sent. By the way, that was 9 days ago. Guess I need to call escrow again-so pathetic.

I used to like working with them..Notice I said I used to!! They are notorious for last mins and late docs and the payment issue is as described!
