Saying thanks is a good thing to do.
Today I received a gift from a second SS, saying thanks for all the good work. That in itself means an awful lot.
Flame if you will but it isn't always about the money. IMO.

Peachtree once sent me a box of Godiva Chocolates (it came in a styrofoam icebox with dry ice in it). It was to thank me for going above and beyond the call of duty. I thought that was quite nice. Most companies never acknowledge the lengths to which we sometimes have to go to get their papers signed.

Yes, I'm going to throw several flames...
...on the GRILL!! What cut of steak do you most enjoy? I do well with a thick T-bone....it has several cuts within it. What's your choice, James?

Well I'd probable settle for the bone side -top two thirds of the think T-Bone (can't eta a hold one anymore). Of course it you start out with a porterhouse, then I'll take the T-Bone side for myself and who ever wants the filet Mignon can absolutely have it!

Being an old grocery store manager, I can tell you that the big side of a t-bone is a new york steak, and as James said the small side is a filet mignon.

excuse me, but....
what you call a New York steak is correctly referred to as a Kansas City Strip! Best steak ever!
