Some people/companies just have no phone etiquette
Genuine Title called me at 9:30 PM. I already know to say no to this company, but I do not advertise 24/7 service - I think 9:30 PM is an inappropriate time to be making business calls. Especially since the appointment was not until Saturday afternoon - they could have made their solicitaion calls in the AM. I only answered it because I was texting at the time and my phone automatically answers an incoming call if I'm texting (grr!). Of course I told them NO, but the bigger issue is doesn't anyone have any phone etiquette any more? 9:30 PM is not an appropriate time to make business calls!
How would a borrower like it if I was to make a confirmation call at 9:30 PM? (Of course I would never do that.)

You don't understand
Genuine had actually started trying at 6 p.m. to find a notary who would take an assignment from them at and they were still at it at 9:30 p.m. Desperation makes you do strange things, like ignoring telephone etiquette.

I agree, but sometimes get calls up to 10 pm (West coasters forget the time difference).

I agree - that's a completely inappropriate time to call!
Genuine Title who called me at 9:30 PM is in my same time zone. These companies need to get a clue.

I think it's completely reasonable to make a business call at any hour. Either the business is open late or you will get voice mail. If this bothers you, either don't use the same phone for personal and business, or turn off your business phone when you do not want to receive business calls.
