Good post….It reminds those with little experience, that are wary of some SS as well they should be, but there are MANY Title Companies out there just barely making it, and MANY that WILL fail. Just because they are a TC doesn’t mean the owners are not idiots, thieves, financially stable, or will actually pay you. Ours is a difficult business with NO guarantees!
