That's usually a tip off that the signing is going to be tedious when they talk like that. I had a borrower specifically state that she was a signer, NOT a reader. She wasn't a reader but she sure did talk alot and get up to move around, turn down TV, put dog away, etc.
Other ones say they have a drop dead time to finish the signing (appointment to get to like at 5:00) and I'll watch as 5:00 comes and goes while they pick apart the documents. The ones who sign fast never ask how long it will take.
