You never know ....

Warning: For those of you who agree with previous poster: "As far as I am concerned it's just spam, meaningless and not worthy of anyone's attention" (referring to messages from anonymous posters), stop here.

Otherwise, I want to say that Provident, of all lenders, has accepted a loan in which the borrower just flat out refused to sign with her MI even though that was on the signature lines. I don't know any lender that would accept this (well, maybe Wells Fargo) but Provident? ... known for rejecting docs because the borrower dotted his "i" one tiny micrometer whisker hair different on the W9 than he did on the 4506T.... Maybe they're getting soft(er) in their old age ....?
