Every time they have called me, the fee has been too low for us to come to terms. If memory serves, they offer $75 per closing.

I pay for "listings" - here, the numbers site and a couple others - I do not pay a signing service for the privilege of working for them...
You might want to search here - they've been discussed - think you can then probably answer your own question...

That's usually a red flag. I would never pay an ss for the
"pleasure" of doing business with them. They make plenty of money on these transactions, that's why they're in the biz. I only worked for them once. Their fees are too low to be acceptable to me.
