Annual Conference

Why is that year after year the NNA schedules their annual conference at month end? I have been tempted a couple of times to attend so I could write off a trip to Vegas or New Orleans but it's always over month end. Would have thought by now someone in marketing would have figured that out.

Awe, too cute. You think XYZ might actually care about

notaries or signing agents. (sorry, just couldn't pass that up)

They don't care about anything but the money they can get people to turn loose of. My guess is that they hold them at the end of month because rent and house payments are usually due at the beginning of the month. They probably think that people have more expendable cash towards the end of the month.

Re: Awe, too cute. You think XYZ might actually care about

NNA Conference? Heh.

I'm attending a Virtual Assistant Conference in Portland Instead this year. It will be far more fun and educational. I can't imagine attending an NNA conference unless somebody was paying me to be there, plus expenses and spending money.

Because they don't want to have to face those of us who actually work as signing agents. If they did they might get asked some embarrassing questions, or heaven forbid, learn to think of OUR time instead of their money...

Instead of going there, I am going to spend my 60th birthday in Cancun with my honey!
