Another twist on HB2318 Virginia
I had heard some time ago that a certain former delegate in VA was behind the passage of this bill. If you google Chip Dicks, up pops futurelaw.net which is his co., which in turn lists their consultants. Interestingly up pops the name of Timothy Reiniger a FORMER NNA official who has worked to get electronic notarizations passed in other states. I think there's some hanky panky going on here.
