Yep...just got a message that there's a problem

THEN they give me an e-mail address to contact if the issue doesn't resolve....huh??..LOL

Not me, but I download all messages to a a local email client and rarely if ever read the mail online. These little glitches now and then don't seem to affect the POP service.
