Cancellations

The last couple of weeks I have had 4 cancelled closings that were scheduled. Anyone else having this problem?

Yes...my cancellations are actual re-scheduled due to the lender not providing a satisfactory HUD1 contact or disclosure to the borrower. I had a 3 PM on Friday that was cancelled and rescheduled for 9 P.M. due to rate-lock expiration which of course was in fact another signing...they billed the borrower for that on the HUD1 and the borrowers thought is was me gouging them for a double notary fee.

Same here, or the borrower has opted not to have impounds and they are included any way resulting in redraw. Usually a snafu by the lender, not title.

I had 4 scheduled for 2/11, one that I had actually received docs for the night before. 3 cancelled same day, including the one I had already printed. The 3 that were cancelled were quickly rescheduled with me and I did get the print fee on the one I had already printed.
