Changes in loan originator compensation

This is a very interesting video from "Think Big, Work Small" that everyone might be interested in.

It is regarding loan originator compensation. This could very well affect our jobs as notary signing agents.

I like their comment toward the end about making loan packages smaller!!...LOL

Only other comment - go from percentage based compensation to flat rate per loan? My be an end-around the salary concept...

And now I hush as it's probably going to get real political...
