If you read the whole thing, what this guy is proposing is something that US notaries public cannot currently do (except maybe in LA) - it would require extensive training and possibly a law degree.

This has absolutely zero to do with what NotaryNow is pitching, even if they try to spin it to justify their use of a electronic signature. This is totally an apples and oranges comparison.
