They've been going out of business since summer of '10 - so

for them to solicit notaries in Sept, '10 sounds like fraud to me. Their corporate registration showed them to be going out of business in the SUMMER! SHAME ON THEM!!

Does anyone know if there is anything type of recourse? I completed a signing for them 09/29/10. First messages were checks in the mail, the just let message and now you cannot get them. Can we contact the Insurance Commissioner or the BBB? Does anyone have any other suggestions?
