Florida Notaries

I would like to know if others in Florida are getting calls. This has been the slowest of times. I really like what I do and I am very good. I am beginning to think that the low ballers are getting all the calls. Please share you opinions about what is happening right now. The last thing I want to do is look for a full-time job :-(

I'm not in FL, but my calls have almost completely stopped

I have two closings lined up next week for a regular client - they were keeping me very busy up until the end of December, but now they have very few orders to send me. Other than that, next to no calls. And the calls I HAVE been getting are lowballers or for debt resolution.

I wish I could blame it on the blizzard - my January volume was down 50% from where it has been since last summer. Just a sudden drop.

I have been thinking that maybe the bad weather has affected the business, at least I am hoping so.

Mine has picked up. Most are the people that come down here for the winter refinancing on properties back north.

January was VERY slow here in the San Francisco, CA area. Seems like it's picking up in Feb, but Jan was a sleeper.
