Does anyone know anything about Foreclosure Defense Contracts? Go an email today for the signing of one and I am not familar with these. Not sure I want to be involved.

Probably "debt settlement" renamed.....the same way the loan mod application was renamed "retainer agreement".

Lisa may have a point. I would ask lots of questions and make sure you know what you're getting into before you commit.
