I tried to check on money owed to me from January. Called and spoke with female, believe she said her name was Melody, who asked for the invoice #s and then said I needed to send invoices. When I challenged that she said I needed to talk w/Vincent. Left messages for him. Awful

No, I have a contract with them back when they were GAC/Fiserv/Isgn. Never have ever sent a invoice was told not to. Yes, I two have noticed a change in payment. If you so to their website they have under venders contract their pay schedule. If closed ... payment made.... Hope this helps, Texas

All you all need to do is go to the ISGN website it will show outstanding invoices paid and unpaid. If it's not there email Vincent. I have his email address if anyone wants it.

I checked the web site yesterday and it showed all my orders as unpaid. Their handbook says payments are made biweekly. I sent email to the one provided and left a voice mail for Vincent. I called Lazarus Peter's number today and actually spoke to a 'Jason'. After a broken connection, he actually called me back and I provided him my vendor number and the job numbers and the borrowers names. Said he would send it over to the correct people for processing. I asked what had changed and he said the company had merged and new people were being trained. I'll see how soon the check comes. Will probably follow up with a phone call again in a few days. Does anyone need contact information?
