949 973 5830, fax 800 509 0843, don't match Island View Financial. No address available.
HrdwrkrVA, did you find anything on this company? Did you work for them? Did they pay? I received an email requesting a notary for tomorrow. When I saw the 3 1/2 stars (for Island View Financial) I thought it might be worthwhile but after seeing how old the comments are I'm feeling I should stay away.

I rec'd a call from them today for a closing tomorrow night (docs to be overnighted). I haven't accepted it as yet, but am thinking I will because of the 3 1/2 stars (for Island View Fin'l). My caller ID shows their phone # as 949-973-5830 which has the same area code as the company has listed on Not. Rot. (949-388-0743). I spoke to Lisa who told me that they pay in 10 days following the closing which are very very attractive terms. I will post the outcome should I accept the assignment.
