JMT - Quicken Refis
I have worked with JMT for a number of years because the Quicken documents are almost ALWAYS correct, delivered to the borrower, payment is on time every time.
They have paid $50 for years.
The only reason I handle these is because they are so good to work with, you always know what to expect.
What are they paying you? Is anyone getting over $50 for Quicken refi overnighted to borrowers?

$75 if with in 20 miles one way. In Texas we have, Texas "junk" docs, about 25 pages, to be ptinted.

I get $65. And stay within a small radius (10 miles one way). I have done as many as 6 in one day for them because only one has ever taken more than 30 minutes--they BO gets the docs a few days before and the LO calls and goes over everything with them so there are no questions.

I've tried signing up with JMT about three times - I thought I would try one of their Quicken packages. I just wanted to see what the package was like and if it was worth it for such a low fee (of course it would have to be o/n docs-to-borrower as you said, and very local). However, each time JMT sends me an email saying that they do not need any more agents in my area.
Go figure.

They will call me when they can't find one of their $50 notaries. I get my full fee.
