Lending Tree
Does anyone know which signing company works with Lending Tree Loans?

I would think it would depend on which lender/title company.
Lending Tree is just a lead generation business. They are not actual lenders. They have a network of lenders who compete for the loans.

Wherever the lender's loan officer decides to open escrow (county in which the property is located) is where the documents will be signed, and/or signed in the county where the property owner/borrower is located at the time. If they are on vacation in yet another county, the escrow officer will locate a notary in that county and city.

Nations Direct... I used to be a fraud investigator for LendingTree/HomeLoanCenter.

Home Loan Center dbaLending Tree Loans
I noticed on a routine search of recent recordings in my county that there were two last week and the lender was Home Loan Center dba Lending Tree Loans. If Nations Direct is the company handling these signings, that explains why I didn't get those closings! I kicked those losers to the curb years ago. I'm surprised that the notary from the next county over would work for those peanuts!!
