Loan Closers still up to old tricks?

I've done a search on Loan-Closers (they're in CA) and see that they don't pay. Yeah, should have looked more closely before taking the two jobs that I did for them. They told me on 24 Jan 11 that they sent me a check and to let them know the following week if it did not appear. I emailed them on the 29th to let them know that it did not arrive. On the 1st of Feb, they write back that they will check where they sent the check and if it's been cashed. The 3rd, I have to contact them to see what the status is. I get a reply that her boss is out of town and they'll get back to me the following week. More back and forth, they say they'll cancel the first check and send another. A few days later, they tell me the original check has been cashed! I've demanded to know who cashed it and from what Bank/State. I've also told them that I want a copy of the "cashed" check sent to me. GRRRR. Just two days ago, they had the nerve to call and ask me to do another signing!! Stay away from Loan-Closers in CA.

Yeah ! These guys were a pain ! I sensed something was wrong from the get go !
They called begging me to do a job for 50$ After a handful of calls I agreed to do it for 75$ they said it was just a couple pages. When they emailed me the docs and all there contracts and new hire stuff I was blown away ! It was more than a couple pages and so much other nonsense ! New Hire Packet is absurd !

Their Contracts a crazy they only pay on the 16th of each month for the previous months work.
I told them in a very detailed message that I was completely unwilling to work for them and to never contact me again.

Watch out for companies like these.
