NEW COMPANY
Is anyone familiar with a new title company out of Rocky Hill, CT, by the name of ISGN? Any feedback would be appreciated.

Re: Not new. Successor to FISERV/ GAC
FISERV had huge loan packages and I always increased my fee by $50 for FISERV loans. I "believe" there were considerable faxbacks with them too, as I recall. Still have a note here in front of me to add $50 for any FISERVE loan. Not sure what they're like now. Guess I'll have to search and find out if anyone mentioned the size of them nowadays.

Investment group eh, I'd try to seek them out for payment...
and also send a letter to the state agency where they should have a license to conduct business, cc AG's office, and my local consulate office!
