NR Membership Renewal
I am getting ready to renew my NR membership for the 9th year running. I can't say enough about the value of this forum and features like Signing Central and notary supplies. This board is my barometer for trends nationally and regionally in our industry. This is the first weekend I haven't worked my butt off. Now off for a haircut, mani/pedi and massage. Can't wait. I was busy last week, but with cumbersome, crazy and wacky deals that took too long to process. Borrowers were testy and skeptical their loans would actually close after all the drama of processing and more processing, appraisal reviews, improvements they had to make to their properties before the loan would be approved by U/W, yada yada yada.
Hope you midwestern/eastern folks are thawing out. It's been in the 30s here at night but in the 60s during the day. Just a little breezy out. Have a great super bowl weekend. The CHP is out in full force, patrol cars out every 10 miles on the 101. Be safe!
