It it’s out of Windsor Heights, IA, then it’s actually National Loan CLOSINGS. I have an unpaid invoice approaching 60 days, but their billing department does not respond. I’m about to send them the pay me or else letter I send all deadbeats. Had 100% success with it so far. If I have to chase my money, then I don’t want their business. I don’t want to contribute to their success in any way.

I've been doing closings for them for about a year now and I have never had a problem getting paid and I am doing around 40-50 closings a month from them. If you didn't get paid on a closing call Omar he will have a check sent out the same day. Another thing if you didn't send in your W9 you will not get a check until they receive it. This is a great company to do business with.

during these times...I'd guess you get maybe 4-5 a month, at $75 bucks a pop or less, still ridiculous to work for free, then wait to get paid 60 days out...
