Navigation System

I searched on here for navigation system info. Not a lot of recent posts so I thought I would post this. I found this at staples. FREE LIFETIME UPDATES! Really good deal. Just thought I would share.

I use Telenav.com on my phone ($10 a month) plus Google has one that's free. Google Navigation, I think. Between the two of them, I can find what I need.

I like having one appliance that does many functions...my phone is insured, so if it's lost or stolen it can be replaced at a reduced cost unlike the regular GPS system appliances.

I had been using my iphone but I was getting really close to a closing and needing the directions and my phone rang. I did not answer and missed a closing opprotunity. Just thought I would pass on the info for anyone looking

No such problem with my Droid!

I can answer the phone any time I want. When I hang up the gps will pick up the route again!

I too LOVE my droid phone, Mytouch, the GPS is great and free, and i can even say the address and it finds it without having to type it in, it is the bomb!

I purchasd this and returned it the next day ONLY because of the poor directions compared to my smaller screen TomTom I have. I will keep using the little one til she wears out "Lola" has steered me wrong yet after 2.5 yrs
