Ned an answer from an OH Notary, Please.

I did a signing this morning.
On the Jurat, to the right of where the county and state goes, it says to-wit and then there's a line underneath. What goes there?
TIA

My understanding is that is to name the specific town within said county, where the notarization took place.

Thanks I couldn't ask the TC because the person didn't know the difference between an ack and a jurat! That really floored me!

Agree. Only rarely see it, and it's not a necessary part of the certificate, but it pops up every so often from someone using an old resource.
