The Brother HL-5170DLT is a good workhorse printer with dual trays.

I like the Brothers also. Use the orange search button and you will get reams of opinions. It's been discussed a lot.

We have 4 Brother Laser dual tray printers that my wife and I use. They work great... The best thing about them is I can buy the toner for them online and refill the cartridge and not pay $75.00 for a new one. Online toner is $8.00 and its easy to do. Saves us a bunch.....

Since you asked about HP printers.............

I recommend the HP 2055. Mine is a 2055d. Have had for 6 months or so, and thoroughtly enjoy using it. New, the printer and extra tray totaled about $518. I've not checked on prices for refurbished units.

I bought this printer last year for about $300-400 and it's awesome! I don't know how I did without it all these years.
