Premier membership
OK, I give up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! On the supplies page it says to upgrade log in and click on my account. I must be on drugs cause I can not find a buton on the home page after I log in that says (MY ACCOUNT)
Plus have we downsized at NotaryRotary? No phone numbers anywhere and I sent a email 3 weeks ago and no answer from NotaryRorary.
If there really is someone alive at NotaryRotary can you answer me!

Assuming you're logged in, click the "Home Page" - the box on the top left is titled "Your Overview", 2nd line in that box is "Your Membership Level". The "My Account" button is next to that.
If you check the Contact Us link at the bottom of every screen, you'll see that the phone # is only available to Premier Members. The NotRot staff is usually very good about replying to email, but sometimes things do fall through the cracks. I would send another email...

Your Overview Your Role: Generic User Your Membership Level: Basic
This is what is under my homepage, what am I missing? There is no box next to membership level that I can find.

There's your problem. Go to "My Profile" (link at the top of every page), and in the Notary Information section make sure to select YES next to the "Are you a notary?" question. Save the change and go back to the Home Page - the button should now be there.
