Pro Settlement Solutions
I couldn't find anything on this co. on a search or in SC. I accepted a closing for tonight with them, the conf. arrived on Friday and I confirmed the appt. with the BO.
I never received the docs, I emailed them at 5pm, just in case they were closing up for the night and forgot about me.  By 5:30, I had no response, so I called the office.
A man answered "Hello". (Not, "Pro Settlement Solutions")
I explained who I was, which closing I had scheduled, and who had contacted me from their co.
He said my contact was gone for the day, but he'd call her and ask her about the docs and if the signing was still taking place.
Another half hour went by, so I called the BO to tell him I'd probably be late, b/c I don't have docs yet, etc...
BO said that some guy called him a little while ago and said he'd be there later b/c he was coming from the city and traffic was bad.
Obviously, they shopped around, found someone cheaper, and never even bothered to tell me.
Usually the companies that pull this don't even bother to send me the confirmation, though. (Docpros, for instance, has done this.) Things are getting worse. I wonder why the guy on the phone couldn't have at least told me it was canceled? He never even called back.
