Anyone ever hear of them?

Got this email from them today:
"Republic Title Agency is a highly respected and trusted title insurance agency serving Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, and Indiana. We are expanding our notary database and after reviewing your information online, we would like to add your services to our directory. We would greatly appreciate it if you could send us a list of counties you serve, along with your fee sheet, E&O Insurance, and W-9. Please forward all documents via email to [e-mail address] or via facsimile at 937.748.3680. We look forward to working with you!"

I can not find them in SC nor by using the orange search button.

It sounds good but I am a skeptical person and appreciate the advice I find here.
