Kowabunga People! The phone stopped ringing at the beginning of February? It's so quiet that business just seemed to fall off the end of the table here in the Pacifc Northwest. Howz it for those SA in the NE, SE, MidWest, Central, SW?

Very slow in Piedmont area of NC. I have a friend in Charlotte that works for a local title company. They've closed only 14 so far this month. That's about a 60% decrease from last month and 75% decrease from last year's monthly average. And to boot loan apps were down nationally in January about 70% over December. We should be closing those Nov/Dec loans this month!! I was anticipating a strong month end but I'm not so sure now.

Slow here in Dallas too! Oh wait, I did get some calls from lowballers during our horrendous Superbowl ice storm. Sorry, I don't risk wrecking my car for $75! Don't worry guys, it will pick up soon. It's always slow after the holidays.
