Talbot Settlement & Escrow, LLC
Just contacted today by Terron Pickett of this company for a Monday closing in Suburban Chicago. The address for Talbot is 10075 Red Run Blvd., Suite 201, Owings Mills, Md 21117.
Has anyone had any experience with this company? They agreed to pay me the fee I requested, the same fee paid by the local title companies that employ me.

...did you check here on Signing Central? Did you ask to added to the HUD1 (and not as POC) to ensure payment after closing...?
If they're not listed here, please add them and let us know after closing, if they pay...
