I would think you have all lenders with this requirement in VA.

This has been discussed many times. We are NOT required to

be CRESPA certified in order to be an NSA. It is actually a TPL, refers to the "handling of funds", which we interpret to mean receiving & disbursing funds. The only one who would have this is generally someone who works for a TC.

Yes, but we need those closers who are RESPA certified on file because when a lender requires it you have to provide exactly what they require to get the business. Florida does not require two witnesses on Mortgage/DOT for a refinance but if the lender requires it then it must be done.

So, if any CRESPA now renamed RESA certified closers in VA area please contact us as we need your services.
