You want me to:

Set a time and place with borrowers for Tu.
They don't have any idea when the docs will be ready, so I get to play the all day waiting game, which realistically could be 8 or more hours waiting. From experience, this also means countless phone calls to them and borrower. They also have no idea when the borrowers are available.
Fax back entire pkg.
Drive 60 miles RT.
For $65
What the h*** is wrong with you? You know, when I had employees, I never, ever asked them to do something that I myself would not do. Let's start asking them this question when we get such ridiculous offers. I did ask her if she would do this and I did not get an answer back, except she'll try and find someone else closer.

The scheduler may be far away and speak Hindi…It may seem like a lot of money to her?

A couple times now I've offered to set a time and if they don't get docs in time so be it.
I still get paid. At that point they usually hang up Smile
