Two docs, in and out in 2 minutes. Never saw anything like that before or since and I did it in between 2 refi's I had going. Weird.

Cari..did you check with them how many pages? Like sue/Tn I had a call for a purchase (don't really do that many) $75.00. I laughed and asked how many pages (14) how many notarization (2) how many borrowers (1), Ok not funny anymore. I got serious and took it, 10 mins in and out. Might be wise move to ask a few more questions? IMO

Do one occassionally that is a cash purchase (usually for an investor) and seldom more than fifteen pages and one or two stamps and I'm done... I always ask how many pages...

I didn't ask how many pages but didn't need to since the scheduler said it was a first time home buyer's purchase...after that I swear I went deaf.....no way under a 100 pages...

I had one of those last week. 14 pages for a cash advance for a business, $50. Should have been 15 minutes including the fax backs from the site. Except the signing company gave me the wrong fax number and I ended up being there for over an hour. It never fails, as soon as I take one of those short in and out things for $50 dollars, it ends up taking forever *laughs*. The ones that are huge and I expect to take 2 hours, I'm in and out in 30-45 minutes.

What can I say....Fate likes laughing at me.
