I use F.W. Educational Services, LLC out of Indy. (317) 565-4690. Give them a call to see when their next class is scheduled. I always take his 2 courses just after I renew my TPL and I don't have to worry about it any longer. He is knowledgeable and charges a fair price.

I'll second that. I had to get 14 CEU's because my license was a 4-year one, now they have changed them to 2 years. I took all 14 hours with Lewis....his classes are in Indianapolis, an easy drive and they are small, initmate and there is a lot of class participation. I renewed in October and I will be taking a couple of classes with him this year so I have them done for next year's renewal. I think you'll enjoy the classes.

You know that is who I went through when I first got licensed but I had to drive 2-3 hours to indy I may have to do that again. I am near chicago so I didn't know if there was anything closer to me or not. I was trying not to have to drive to Indy again. But I may not have any choice. Thanks for your help Dennis.

Diana S. Nichols, 317-679-8760, cseseminars.org and [e-mail address]. I am from Illinois and attended her excellent seminars to get hours when I was renewing last year.
Varied subjects, courses held in different locations. Attended a course in Plymouth on Surveys and Legal Descriptions which was accredited for Title Producers and for Surveyors and it interested me greatly; learned things I never knew in 40 years of being involved in real estate in different capacities.
Call her or check the website so that you can get this done in time.
Also took a course on Ethics [required] from a provider in Indianapolis through Pathfinder out of Indianapolis; don't have their data at hand and also a course from Indiana Land Title Association.
Check out both of these last two. You will probably need 3 or 4 courses to get all of the hours.
Good Luck.

I have found the IN Title Association to be more

expensive. That was ok when the TC I used to work for was paying. In 2012 I will check out Diana's offerings...thanks Saul

Re: I have found the IN Title Association to be more

You're welcome; do look up Pathfinder. I also had all of this paid for when I was employed; on my own now and paying my own bills. Try her website anyway just to get a sense of offerings and courses.
