I am now askking a atatement be included in any confirmation, travel fees will be paid in full when I make the trip. Trip fees apply when I must travel more than 20 miles one way.

Sorry, but I don't agree. I believe fees should be agreed upon before any assignment, but I don't see a need to publish them for all to see (including our competition). Fees are up to each individual and whether or not to have them published publicly is a personal business decision, imo.

Is it clear in that statement that you will be paid the travel fees regardless of the outcome of the loan? And did you consider adding print fees to that as well?
