InkJetSuperstore-Excellent Company!

This company has excellent customer service and great policies if you should have a defective cartridge. Which has only happened to me twice in 4 or 5 yrs doing business with them.
Heres the story
I received a defective cartridge from them. I went online to do a return, which by the way is pretty seamless on their website, only at first I wanted them to ship me a new one right away. Well, I decided the new one wouldnt get here in time so I decided I would have to go to one of our local cartridge refill comps to get one. I called Inkjet Superstore to let them know I wanted to just be refunded for the defective cartridge. No problem. They deleted the replace request and will refund for the defective cartridge. No hassles, no questions, just got it done.
This company is a class act in my book.
