Never a problem with Sue. She has always paid me on time and works with me, not against me.

I just did my first signing for Pacific Alliance today. She (Sue) called at 8:30pm to see if I could do a signing the next day. She agreed to my fee and to my payment terms (no sign/no fund = full fee). It turned out that the borrower pushed the signing off by a day for which I was glad. I received the docs immediately, the package was about the size she said it would be and everything went fine.
I'll update this and let you know when I get paid.
